Nordic Smart Homes offers 6 different floor plans from 32 square meters to 120 square meters. Plans can be modified to suit your needs. Browse through the plans and house models, choose the best one and add the equipment needed. Calculator will calculate the preliminary price for your house. Final price depends on the amount of additional equipment.

These are the following steps after choosing the house model:

  • 1. PLANNING THE HOUSE

    After contacting us we will start the planning of the house per your wishes. We also check the route for delivery.

  • 2. APPLYING FOR A BUILDING PERMIT

    We will provide you the plans for the building permit. After that you may start the permit process. You must have the stamped building permit before we start manufacturing the house.

  • 3. DELIVERY TO THE SITE

    Once the house is pre-manufactured in the factory, we will deliver it to your site.

  • 4. ASSEMBLING THE HOUSE

    It takes only 1-2 days to assemble the house to your site. After the building elements are assembled the infrastructure will be connected to the house.

  • 5. FINAL ADJUSTMENTS

    After assembling the house, it is time for final adjustments. Shelters, rainwater systems etc. can be added in this phase.
